Grappling

Grappling is a self-defense jiu jitsu style that doesn't make use of the GI (Jiu jitsu or judo uniform). Grappling is based on leverage and technique this means that a small person is able to defeat a much bigger person by using proper use of technique. 90% of the techniques of Grappling is based on ground fighting. It is proven that most of the fights on the street end up on the ground so by practicing Grappling you will be able to defend yourself very well.


If you choose to practice Grappling you will not regret it, it will change your life forever a new world will open for you.
